USB Evidence Enrolment Devices and Systems

The Certified Audio Recorder - Field Model

The retail price for this device is R6,800.00 excluding VAT. The Recorder is sold with a 256MByte SD card which can be used for 16 hours of recording time.

Please contact me for pricing on the Enhanced Recorder version (which encrypts as well as certifies the audio recording) and the USB control tokens.

VHDL Cores

SHA1 with SPI interface. US$2,000.00 excl VAT. This is a small area version aimed at bieng a SPI co-processor to an embedded processing device. This includes a limited license for the test bench and test vectors.

ARM9 Secure Bootstrap Loader

The Bootstrap Loader software in the STR91x device sells for R50,000.00 excl VAT. This includes documentation, source code and up to sixteen hours of support. Support is charged at R375.00 per hour thereafter. Any porting of code required for other processors is also charged at the same rate (assuming development tools are supplied by the customer. We have an ARM compiler from IAR.)

Each USB Token sells for R2,000.00 excl VAT. We recommend that a users purchases at least 6 tokens where one set of three is the master and is duplicatable (one can make more tokens sets) and the second set is not duplicable and is the set used to actually sign code.

Should one wish to purchase a license for the RSA and SHA-1 algorithms for use outside the bootstrap loader this will cost an additional R20,000.00 excl VAT.
