We are available to do contract development for work for clients. Clearly our specialisation is in Cryptographic designs but we also have a good working knowledge of general VHDL based logic development.
We have been involved in a number of successful ASIC projects for customers. We are one of the few companies in South Africa who have experience in the area of ASIC design. Our most recent design was a low power design for mobile application. The required us to design with power consumption in mind.
We have experience in Actel, Altera, Quicklogic and Xilinx FPGA families. We also use Altera's Nios and Xilinx's MicroBlaze RISC softcores.
Our test system is used to develop test vectors for our logic designs. Our VHDL test benches do automated checking as far as possible. As a function of the interfaces to the final design the same set of test vectors can be used for simulator and in circuit testing. We also are able to do PCI based sub-system testing of logic components. Our customers receive a complete test suite from us as part of the final deliverable. This aids interacting at a distance.
