Where can the Certified Audio Recorder help me?

The Certified Audio Recorder certifies the audio recording as the recording is taking place. This immediately secures the recording. The resultant Certified Digital Audio file that can be copies via USB to your Personal Computer and the stored as part of your regular IT backup. 

The unique ability to be able to prove that the original Audio Recording has not been altered in any manner is very useful in the following situations:

  1. Civil and Criminal Investigations. The ability to prove the recording has not been altered significantly helps in the admissibility of evidence by the Court. You can store copies of the Evidence at many location thereby reducing the chance that critical evidence can be stolen or 'lost'. This is a significant improvement over using analogue cassettes as the primary evidence which now has to be securely stored in a central archive. This is a single potentially vulnerable target. Other digital audio recordings can be easily tampered with. In many countries digital audio recordings is not accepted as evidence because of this.
  2. Court Recording and Transcription. You can now issue a certified recording of the court proceedings within minutes of the end of the proceeding to all parties. In the event of their being a dispute about the accuracy of a transcription there is now a certified recording which can act as a primary reference. 
  3. Immigration and Visa Interview Procedures. When using other recording techniques it is impossible for the Government concerned to be able to show that they have not altered the contents of the recording as they keep the recording. With the Certified Audio Recorder even the owner of the recorder cannot alter the contents of the recording. It is a 'neutral' referee.
  4. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. You can now issue a certified recording of the court proceedings within minutes of the end of the proceeding to all parties. All parties can independently verify that the recording has not been altered.
  5. Disciplinary hearings. The Employer can now prove that they have acted in a correct and fair manner.
  6. Capturing Verbal Contracts. In fast moving businesses there is often no time to draw up formal contracts. The Certified Audio Recorder
  7. Enabling Proof of Processes Transparency. In Government or in Sporting Bodies there is often a need to be able to prove that meetings or procedures have been conducted correctly.
  8. The Recording of important meetings. It is very helpful to be able to prove that minutes of the meeting exactly match the actual meeting. Company Secretaries will find this helpful in recording Board Meetings.
